Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping Policy
All products indicated on the site are in stock or custom made with production times and will be shipped directly to you.
We have a variety of shipping options as follow:
Pudo to your door from R50 (Transit time approximately 1-4 business days)
Aramex to your door for R100 (Transit time approximately 2-3 business days)
Paxi to your nearest Pep from R60 (Transit time approximately 7-9 business days)
Free Delivery on orders over R1000
We will send out your order as soon as it is ready, depending on whether custom orders have been placed. We will stay in touch with updates with contact details provided by client.
Shipping to countries outside of South Africa may be accommodated but will be done on a quote by quote basis. Please contact us directly at elephantfeetsa@gmail.com
For special purchases for out of stock items or requests to source specific products you may contact us at elephantfeetsa@gmail.com to enquire if we could be of assistance. Additional shipping times will apply.
We cannot be held liable for any delays beyond our control such as courier vehicle accidents, hi-jackings, national disasters, extreme weather resulting in delays etc. however we will ensure you are updated as to your order's progress and refund upon request if required.
Returns

Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Masks, Birthday Sets for Photo shoots, Swimwear with Sanitary Labels that have been removed and custom orders.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will need to confirm your banking details in order for the refund to be processed. You could also request a store credit or gift card. Payment will be made within 14 days of product received back in good order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange a product please contact us at elephantfeetsa@gmail.com. We will arrange collection of the item and make the necessary arrangements for the exchange. Client is liable for courier fees for an exchange.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact elephantfeetsa@gmail.com to make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
